I will be available at 16 listening posts in four days
As we work together to secure our region’s recovery from COVID-19 and to build the Sunshine Coast we all want to see, it is more important than ever that I hear your feedback. In July I will be riding my push bike around 16 communities in our region and listening to local residents on my third annual Tour de Fisher.
I want to hear about the issues that are important to you, so I would encourage you to check the table below for when I will be in your community and make sure you come down to make your views known.
Alternatively, if you’d like to grab a snag and a more casual chat you can join me at my finish line BBQ at King’s Beach. I choose to ride my push bike between listening posts each year on my Tour de Fisher because I want to encourage Sunshine Coast residents to get out on their own bikes and enjoy a healthier lifestyle.
Since my election, the Morrison Government has invested millions of dollars in safety upgrades around Fisher including improvements to bicycle paths in Sippy Downs, Meridan Plains, Battery Hill, Caloundra, Warana and many more. There are more opportunities than ever here on the Coast to go for a ride and I hope that you will join me in doing just that this July.
