Australians celebrating a special birthday or wedding anniversary may be eligible to receive personal congratulations. Depending on the milestone, the messages may be sent from Andrew, the Prime Minister, the Governor-General and/or the King. For more information visit: Criteria for Congratulatory Message Requests

If you or someone you know is celebrating such a milestone, please follow the steps below.

Please be aware request cannot be submitted any earlier than 3 months prior to the occasion but also allow adequate notice (generally 6 weeks).
