Previous Forums
I’ve hosted dozens of Fisher Community Forums since my election in 2016, covering local and national issues. From my annual Budget Forum to my regular Defence, Cybersecurity and Mental Health Forums, I’ve worked hard to create a space for the community to come together to learn, to voice their concerns, and to meet with those who make decisions or who are leaders in their field. Previous Roundtables
I don’t share Labor’s view that Government knows best. I know that it is the business owners, families, and community leaders of the Sunshine Coast who know best how to solve our local and national issues. That’s why I’ve made it a priority to form advisory councils and regular roundtables, including Fisher Industry Roundtables with private sector representatives, and Fisher Roundtables on community matters such as child exploitation, faith and community, and homelessness.
